Exchange and Return Conditions
All products are under the guarantee of our company. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Return and Exchange Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return the product within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

You can return it free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo. (If you provide shipping with a different cargo, the shipping fee belongs to you.)
If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us via the contact section on our page within 14 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.
